My ring is stunning, and while I consider my beautiful ring to be ‘priceless’ to me - it was excellent value for money to have an intricate, custom designed, completely hand made bespoke piece. I was even able to gather jewellery I no longer wore and use the gold and value towards my purchase. This is my story. I decided to treat myself to a ring to symbolise my retirement from a public service career of 37 years. I was looking for a special piece and had been unsuccessful in my search until I remembered the brochure from Artisans Bespoke Jewellers that I had collected and kept for over 10 years, thinking one day I would like a piece of jewellery from them. What an amazing experience the whole process has been. From the moment I walked in the door I felt so welcome. Ingrid greeted me with a friendly smile and listened to my story, what I was looking for and the set backs in my search for that special ring. I looked at the beautiful jewellery pieces and thought - I have definitely found the right place. Tammy came and greeted me with the same enthusiasm and energy. The centre stone in a beautiful pink sapphire ring caught my eye - but was not quite the style I was looking for. Tammy listened to my likes and favourite diamond shapes and within two hours - had created a beautiful design - using the pink sapphire centre stone and incorporating the other elements I liked, suggesting ideas I never even knew were possible - integrating the initials of my family underneath and subtle references to my career. Very personal touches. The whole process was such a lovely experience. I was able to collect my exquisite bespoke ring - right on time- as promised and beyond my expectations in design, quality and craftsmanship. I met Kathy - the exceptionally talented jeweller who created my ring from raw materials in the workshop - on site. I have a bespoke piece of wearable art, designed and manufactured in Paddington, Brisbane. Absolutely recommend Tammy and the team at Artisans Bespoke Jewellers. I came to Tammy with my mum and dad’s wedding and engagement rings, hoping to redesign them into something I could wear close to my heart on my wedding day. From the very beginning, Tammy understood just how deeply sentimental these rings were. She took the time to sit with me, listen to my story, and thoughtfully guide me through designing a piece that honoured my parents in the most meaningful way. The result is a stunning pendant, created from both rings, featuring the diamon from my mums’ wedding ring and my mum and dad’s initials inside a heart shape made from dad’s rings. It is a beautiful, timeless design that now holds the most special place in my heart. My brother wears cufflinks made from my parents’ other rings and there is a photo of us together proudly showing each other our pieces a moment that means the world to us. Our mum and dad are no longer here with us but through Tammy’s care, compassion and incredible craftsmanship they were with me on my wedding day, resting close to my heart. Tammy truly understood how important this was to me and treated the entire process with such respect and sensitivity. The turnaround time was impressively quick, and the quality and thought behind the piece is exceptional. I will be forever grateful to Tammy and the Artisan Bespoke Jewellers team for creating something so meaningful that I will treasure always.
