Protecting Jewellery Responsibly: Our Commitment to Quality
Before entrusting your piece to us, we invite you to understand our approach to jewellery repairs, maintenance and long-term care.
Our approach to jewellery repairs
The Artisans Bespoke Jewellers, our team have over a century of combined experience, so our workshop has seen every kind of jewellery.
Today, we increasingly encounter pieces that cannot be confidently repaired—often due to inferior materials, poor construction, or manufacturing methods that compromise their longevity.
We believe jewellery should be made to endure. Every piece we create is designed, manufactured, and finished to withstand reasonable wear, allowing for safe resizing, stone setting, and ongoing maintenance over time.
For this reason, at the discretion of our team, we may not repair items made from sterling silver, lower or higher alloyed golds (10ct, 14ct, 22ct), costume jewellery, or pieces that are structurally compromised or unable to meet our finishing standards. Repairs are only undertaken where we can confidently uphold the integrity, safety, and longevity of the piece.
Our Craftsmanship
We ethically do not believe in repairing jewellery and charging customers for our time and knowledge, on something that is structurally compromised, as this compromises longevity, safety, and quality.
We warmly encourage all Artisans Bespoke Jewellers clients to bring their pieces in for a complimentary annual service to ensure they can continue to be worn and enjoyed for years to come.
