1. Design Consultation
Your journey begins with a private consultation. We discuss your ideas, inspiration, budget, preferred gemstones, metal choice, timeline and how you would like the piece to be worn.
You do not need to know exactly what you want. Our team will help shape your ideas into a beautiful, practical and wearable design.
2. Gemstone or Diamond Selection
If your design includes a diamond or coloured gemstone, we will help you select the right stone for your piece.
We consider shape, size, colour, clarity, brilliance, character and overall beauty, helping you choose a stone that suits the design, the wearer and your budget.
For coloured gemstones, we carefully assess colour, cut, clarity, size, durability, shape, origin and suitability for the final design. Natural gemstones such as sapphires, spinels and other precious coloured stones can add meaning, individuality and personality to a bespoke piece.
Each gemstone is thoughtfully chosen so it complements the design and can be set securely and beautifully.
3. Jewellery Design
Once the main stone or design direction is confirmed, we begin designing your piece.
Every design is considered carefully, including the proportions, setting style, fine details, comfort, wearability and how the finished piece will look when worn.
For earrings, pendants and bracelets, we consider movement, balance, scale, weight and how the piece will sit on the body.

4. Metal Choice
Your bespoke piece can be made in a range of precious metals, including:
– 9ct white, yellow or rose gold
– 18ct white, yellow or rose gold
– Platinum
Our designers, who are also qualified jewellers, will guide you through the best metal choice based on your design, budget, lifestyle and preferred colour.
5. Quote and Approval
Once we have confirmed the design, gemstones, metal choice and expected timeframe, we will provide a formal quotation for your approval.
A deposit is required to secure your job and materials into our workshop for your chosen completion date.
6. Made in Our Workshop
Your bespoke jewellery piece is made in-house by our experienced jewellers, either by hand or using CAD and cast methods where suitable.
Each piece is created with care, precision and attention to detail, ensuring your jewellery is beautiful, durable and uniquely yours.
7. Final Check and Collection
Before collection, your piece undergoes a strict quality control and finishing process to ensure it meets our high workshop standards.
Your finished jewellery is then beautifully presented with any necessary paperwork, ready to be worn, gifted or treasured.
8. Aftercare
During your consultation, we will guide you on how to care for your jewellery.
We recommend regular professional cleaning and checks to help keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come. Clients are also welcome to visit us in store for a complimentary on-the-spot jewellery clean in our ultrasonic cleaning machine throughout the year.
